Panj Academy aims to provide the top-quality training courses in the fields required by the labor market in order to improve skills of the human capital of the country’s foam industry. In this context, the effort has been to involve graduates in real projects in addition to theoretical topics to gain a deeper understanding of the concepts.

In order to improve the participants’ professional resume and its effect on facilitating recruitment and career promotion, the academy awards certificates to the graduates who pass the final exam and in addition guarantees their employment in one of the partner companies.

Internship courses of Panj Industrial Group with the purpose of empowering talented human resources have been organized since the beginning of 1400. So far, two training courses have been held, and after completing the 4-month working period and in agreement with the relevant manager, the trainees will enter the recruitment process in Panj Industrial Group or one of the partner companies.
